This issue has been fixed in the latest version of the game. 3 has what they do and lvl req and 6 has the recipe list. Taking off and re-equipping the weapon that gives the Meditation aura would bring it back. I actually added the recipe list a month ago to my Runewords & Runes Cheat Sheet. Also you may want to upgrade the item quality first. Prior to Patch 1.13c, a mercenary with Insight equipped would lose the Aura effect after dying. Then drop the runes into the item in the exact order as its read. 1.10–current Insight is the rune word ' Ral Tir Tal Sol' for polearms or staves in Diablo II: Lord of Destruction or also in missile weapons in Diablo II: Resurrected.
